To ensure you are IIN (BIN) enabled and compliant, this is what you will need to do:
- Update your tables to accept Discover Network.
- Expand your IIN (Issuer Identification Number) ranges to match the new ranges set by Discover Network.
- Run the required tests to verify that your system is set for Discover Network acceptance.
Once you have successfully completed the steps above, we will post your company’s name and POS applications and PC software version(s) (if applicable) on the official IIN Enabled & Compliant VAR List. To remain on this list, you must be sure that each of your POS applications and PC software are meeting the latest Discover Network IIN requirements. As a VAR Connection member, you will be informed of any requirement updates via e-mail. If any changes are made to your POS applications and PC software in between releases, you will want to re-test to maintain IIN compliance and ensure continued Discover Network acceptance for your merchants.
